Per non compromettere la qualità delle immagini, delle slide che verranno proiettate e registrate, l’intero Live Streaming verrà trasmesso ad una qualità di 1 Mbp/s, ecco alcune linee guida nel caso dovessero esserci dei malfunzionamenti durante la trasmissione dell’evento.

In caso di assenza di audio:
Essendo una trasmissione digitale l’audio è inglobato nello stesso flusso di dati, per cui se riuscite a vedere il video dovete necessariamente ascoltare l’audio. In caso di assenza di audio controllare l’uscita audio delle casse o delle cuffiette.
In caso di inserimento di dati di accesso non corretti:
Se inserendo i tuoi dati di accesso (User e Password) che ti sono stati inviati, non riesci ad accedere al Live Streaming e visualizzi il messaggio d’errore “Nome utente o password non corretti”, controlla attentamente se corrispondono integralmente.
Fai attenzione al corretto inserimento degli spazi e dei caratteri maiuscoli e/o minuscoli, che devono essere inseriti esattamente come ti sono stati inviati.
È vietata la cessione delle vostre credenziali di accesso a terzi
Le credenziali di accesso sono assolutamente uniche e personali. Non possono quindi essere cedute a terzi.
Inoltre le vostre credenziali permettono la visione del Live Streaming Video solo su un dispositivo alla volta. Non puoi quindi utilizzare queste credenziali su più dispositivi nello stesso momento, perché nei dispositivi sui quali verranno inserite dopo il primo inserimento non avranno accesso al Live Streaming.

In case of jerky viewing:
Check that you have a download connection of at least 2 Mbp/s
Check that the device being used for viewing does not have any download processes running that could limit bandwidth
Check for malware that could use up computer resources and bandwidth
Some solutions:
Close any Dropbox or Google Drive or other software or apps that use the web connection
Close possibly Chat (Skype, Gtalk) but also other software or apps
Stop possibly running ftp programs
In case of no audio:
Being a digital transmission the audio is embedded in the same data stream, so if you can see the video you must necessarily listen to the audio. In case of no audio, check the audio output of your speakers or headphones.
In case of entering incorrect login data:
If by entering your login information (User and Password) that was sent to you, you are unable to access the Live Streaming and display the error message “Incorrect Username or Password,” check carefully whether they match in full.
Pay attention to the correct entry of spaces and upper and/or lower case characters, which must be entered exactly as they were sent to you.
Transferring your login credentials to third parties is prohibited
Your login credentials are absolutely unique and personal. Therefore, they cannot be given to third parties.
In addition, your credentials allow viewing of the Live Streaming Video on only one device at a time. Therefore, you cannot use these credentials on multiple devices at the same time, because in the devices on which they will be entered after the first entry they will not have access to Live Streaming.
